Keeping your website up to date can be a difficult task. Due to this fact, many people end up never updating their site thus leading to a stale image and out dated information. We do provide information on how staff internal can manage the content but many of our clients prefer having ongoing support and some even prefer to have us do all updates for them freeing internal staff to focus on what they do best.
We offer maintenance packages starting at 1 hour per a quarter for a total of 4 hours/year. We are also available on a normal hourly basis for maintenance with a minimum of 1 hour per request. This is not required of our clients, but instead it is something we offer as many of our clients requested it. Some of the benefits of setting up a maintenance package with us are:
✓ No minimum charge per request - we will decrement only actual time spent on your requests even if it is only 2 minutes.
✓ 10% discount on our current hourly rate at time of setup
✓ Flexibility - time can be used however you like (general site updates, functionality changes, platform updates, or technical support)
✓ Keep up-to-date on your CMS install. All maintenance package clients website are keep up-to-date with the lasted CMS install.
