Center for Grief, Loss & Transition

Here at the nest, we are pleased to announce the newly updated Center for Grief, Loss & Transition’s website. The Center, recently acquired by Family Means - a Twin Cities based nonprofit, is solely dedicated to offering hope and healing to those experiencing grief and loss of loved ones.

Located in St. Paul, the Center for Grief, Loss & Transition staff includes licensed psychologists, marriage and family therapists, social workers, and professional counselors. With over 15 years of experience, the Center’s team is able to provide specialized therapy and education in the complicated areas of grief, trauma, and life transitions. Taking a new approach to personalized and group therapies, the center offers the unique settings of turn of the century transformed homes on Grand Avenue, with peaceful gardens to make clients feel relaxed and at home.

We had the pleasure of working with the Center for Grief, Loss & Transition to create a site that not only keeps a grieving mind at ease, but allows them to clearly navigate what they would be looking for when visiting the site. Through using the platform of MODX, we were able to build an easier method for the staff to maintain the site including additional groups and therapists to the site in a standardized fashion. This not only enables the site to stay consistent, in terms of look and feeling, but allows for easier management to keep the site up to date.  Now clients can easily access the many resources, and services the Center has to offer, learn more about the Center’s team, and the Center’s overall purpose.Center for Grief, Loss & Transition
